room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fair and we found lots of restaurants nearby. not far from downtown: good location.

The location was good, the room was a good price and had lots of space and for the most part, things were pretty quiet.

However, cleaning was limited to replacing towels and they never restocked anything in the room, so we ran out of body wash, kitchenette supplies, and the shower wasn't cleaned properly. Also, I found a dried contact and hair in the shower and towel. One of the beds had stains on the box spring. It was also hard to get them on the phone to discuss it and I had to use my cell phone because the room phone was dirty and way across the room.

We had a good stay in this hotel, the room was very clean and for a family of 5 it was very spacious. The check in process is smooth and the staff is friendly. The free breakfast was an added bonus. The location is really good , it is a short drive to downtown .

Breakfast was very nice, the room was very nice everything was as it should be, really the only negative is that in that area there's any number of homeless people wondering around although they didn't seem to be right there at the property

I was there four nights, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping my room clean and stocked with towels and soaps etc. The common areas were also kept clean. The small workout soace was useful for stretching plus I used the roller. I was there to hike in woods and explore the town. Since I was in Asheville for three days and four nights, the separate sitting area with sofa, table, and sink was welcomed and used. As were the refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast offerings were substantial and varied. The space was large with many tables to sit down at. The staff did an excellent job keeping it stocked and clean. The hotel sits off of tunnel rd which is a busy street with fast food places, grocery stores, and other hotels. It’s only minutes by car to the Asheville downtown area, yet very close to the highways that serve as the cities “beltway.” The hotel is in tree buffered area, so the hotel grounds felt calm and free of traffic noise. I enjoyed the hotel, my room, and the location. The price was reasonable.

The hotel felt cold to me. Others might like that. The thermostat in my room was not functioning at first because the battery needed replacement. As result my room felt very cold. After reporting that to the front desk, maintenance fixed the problem with in a couple hours. The side door entrance nearest to where my car was parked was always lock for security and it opened with a room key. The lock system was not working while I was there. This just a minor inconvenience.

The receptionist whom checked me in was a pleasant delight. So warm and welcoming. It feels good to see someone care about their work. I hate I didn’t ask of her name.
