Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum, Altstadt, Schloss und Fluss fußläufig zu erreichen, sehr gutes Frühstück, sauberes Zimmer

Das Zimmer war sauber aber in mittelmäßigem Zustand, Duschtür undicht, Toilettenpapierhalter flog von der Wand, Vorhang am Fenster ließ sich nicht komplett schließen, Klimaanlage blubberte laut

Расположение очень удачное. Посетили Краков на выходных с дочей. В отеле чисто. Полотенца и душ принадлежнасти предоставляют. Была удивлена что нет зубных счеток и пасты. При отеле есть зона для завтрака. Девушка по имени Аннета приготовила нам очень вкусный кофе. Была вежлива и приветлива. Спасибо, все было замечательно.

Время отьезда в 12.00. В 11.15 зашли без стука убирать номер. Мы были удивлены, персонал открыл своим ключом номер 🫥. После инцидента оставил нас в покое.
