"A great experience!"

The breakfast was amazing. The location was exactly what we were looking for. The room and bathroom were clean and nice smelling when we checked in. The staff were very kind especially as my Polish is poor yet they were very patient and understanding.

The garage was a little tight to get in and out and the entrance was very steep. However, the parking spots were really good

Good location and hotel was clean

Room was too hot. Reception advised the room temperature was fixed and could not be lower. They did provide a fan but the room remained uncomfortably hot for the duration of our stay. There are mattress toppers on the bed which are not secured to the mattress and move around a lot during the night. When we returned one evening, our door wouldn't open and it took 30 mins to fix it. The staff advised that there was no technician available to come and fix it but luckily a staff member was able to open it.
