I did not like the breakfast nothing hot The coffee was not good

The subordinate non management staff were kind courteous knowledgeable ADA compliant and non-biased. They were exceptional and should be the standard. The suite was located convenient to transit, dining, entertainment. It was spacious and had a good layout that was functional for my party. Breakfast wasnt expansive but for the price it was reasonable.

The only thing that ruined it for me was the manager who went in on me about my service dog after I had already been there several days. I had a longer stay planned but she tried to be illegal about my service dog rights then penalized me in a very dangerous harmful way when i documented her actions. There were several customers who smoked outside my room door or in front of resident rooms and spaces that were supposed to be smoke-free. There was some sort of silverfish looking bugs that i encountered a few times. No laundry but there are two convenient options available nearby.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Stanley was patient.

There were stains on the pillow sheets as if they don’t get changed often. We stayed for three nights and were asked if I wanted housekeeping and I said yes but, housekeeping never came. I did NOT have the disturb sign on the door.

Close off the highway..clean enough

Couldn't check in an hour early. Had been traveling ALL day. Got turned away at 2:00pm . Looks like they rent rooms out to locals. A little sketchy

The staff was very nice but thats really the only redeeming thing.

Be careful where you park depending on what you drive the locals might harass you if they don't like your vehicle. Breakfast is basic cereal and room temperature frozen sandwiches that they're definitely just recycling to cut corners. Room had random items from previous guests.
