The listing says that it is pay at property, which means that once I arrive, my card will then be charged. They tried to charge my card prior to arriving which was red flag #1. They tried calling me to tell me that my card declined and I tried calling back twice but no pick up. I get there and they say that they tried calling me, didn't hear from me so they cancelled my reservation. When I told them that I called them back and showed him my call log, he said it wasn't his fault and that when he is on the phone, he doesn't get calls, red flag #2. He went to find a room, came back and said that there is a room available but it has a slightly broke wall (means that he went in to inspect it.) We said sure since it was only for one night to crash. We went to the room and the first thing we saw was a tiny cockroach on the entrance wall...red flag#3. We keep expecting the room and as we got to the sink where you brush your teeth, the lights did not turn on and as we looked up, two bigger cockroaches appeared...red flag#4. Sure enough, we did not want to stay there but the icing on the cake was when I sat on the bed, there was dirt on our bed sheets. We walked out, gave back the keys, and as we leaving, we saw the guy who attended us go check the room and as he was coming back, he saw me and said "there were no cockroaches." I immediately confronted him but showing the videos and pictures of these insects plus the dirt on the bed and he stood quite, guilty and offered us a refund. PLEASE DOH, THIS BUSINESS CANNOT STAY AFLOAT. COMPLETELY UNSANITARY AND DANGEROUS FOR ANYONE TO STAY IN. SHUT THIS S*** DOWN!

Room was very basic. Facility is renovating rooms so we stayed in a room on the ground floor that had not been renovated. The room was basic, but it was clean and quiet. We accidentally left the trunk of our car up all night the first night and there was nothing bothered or missing. Felt very safe there and enjoyed having breakfast at Rooster Restaurant across the parking lot.

Availability of coffee in room would have been appreciated. We had to have our entry card reactivated more than once which was inconvenient but easily fixed.

There was no breakfast. I like that the inside of the room was clean, the bathroom was clean.

I did not like that the walls had many nicks and dings in the paint. My room did not have a chair. The sink in my room was cracked. There were no tissues or a phone in the room. The staircase up to the second floor was filthy. The second room in which my friends stayed had a cracked toilet seat and the bathroom doorknob came off the door and one person got locked in the bathroom.
