Expected much but it’s upset after visiting it and felt unsafe.

Very rude... Zero costumer service skills period.

Have nothing good to say period . I booked my reservation on booking.com .i reserved a room with a hot tub for 2 days Their might have been 4 other cars in the lot total. Anyway when I arrive and check in I got my key things where going fine. I go to the room . The bed is just a full not a queen And above all and most important. Their is NO HOT TUB.... It don't matter that I confirmed all of my reservation. Said booking . Com was wrong and I was not intitled to any type of compensation for my trouble..... Worst costumer service in the......

Stayed for a few days to visit my brothers. When checking in i was told that i couldnt have guests after 9pm. The next day they wouldnt allow after 7pm. Like im living with my momma or something. The lady at the desk is extremely rude.

I didn't like the breakfast. Too dry.

The breakfast variety could be improved. A couple of boiled or fried eggs with toast and coffee and juice would have been excellent.

There is a woman who works the front desk that is EXTREMELY rude. Not just to me, but to everyone staying here. When i first arrived, she told me very sternly, that i was to have no guests after 9pm. Honestly, i didnt take her seriously. That night, my family did what most families would do, which is to visit each other while in the area. No one was loud, there were no complaints and my family left that night quietly and respectfully. Granted it was a couple hours past 9pm, but there werent any problems. On the day i was supposed to check out, I decided to extend my stay. I did what i had previously done which was to go to hotels.com and make my reservation then I went to the front desk to let them know that I had extended my stay. I was told that i would need to remove all of my belongings from the room before check-out time (11am) and i could return to the exact same room anytime after 3pm. I dont have a car, so that would leave me sitting in the lobby for 4 hours before i could return to my room. I could understand if they had to clean the room, but they werent going to even walk in it. They did give me one other option, I could pay a $25 fee which would allow me and my things to stay in the room. I paid the fee because I had too much luggage to move like that. After I paid the fee, the lady stopped me and told me that instead of 9pm, i wasnt to have any guests after 7pm now. The breakfast is cereal with warm milk and orange juice that tastes like chemicals.

The place was really nice. We started off real well but in the middle of the night my fiance found a bedbug crawling on one of the pillows so we checked out. They had no problem with giving me a refund, but i dtill havent received my $60 deposit back.

Breakfast was fine. Multiple Cereals, Donuts, Danishes, Bread for toast. Coffee, Tea and Milk.
