The breakfast was way better than expected. The service and staff was wonderful. The hotel room was clean! Plus the location was great, you have to walk a bit but it is well within reason

The bed was uncomfortable and hard. The sheets were scratchy and rough

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay (with microwave & fridge). Breakfast - we like the fresh waffles. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere near to everything. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

Door in the bathroom was bit old. Breakfast some fruits and bread were not fresh/ we just dont like the taste. Miscommunication from the staff. We extended our stay upto 1 pm but a lady enter our room at 11 am to clean the room , we said that we extended upto 1 pm. I paid for that during pre check in. But it was not a big deal to us though.

We stayed at sister property Fairbridge Inn in a 2Q bed suite with fireplace and sofa bed. Everything was fantastic including the indoor pool and hot tub and full breakfast.

Since we were on the ground floor, we heard the people above us stomping around.

The room was clean. Most everything else was good other than what I listed below.

The wall heating unit in my room sounded like change in a dryer when it was on. It kept me awake every time it came on both nights. I complained to the desk and he gave me attitude and told me that's the wait they are supposed to sound. I even made him a video to show him and he said he could sleep through that.Which is not the response I would expect from an employee! And is not true! Then, I told him our fireplace didn't work, so he told me, I needed to get down on the floor and open it up underneath and reset it. Which I do not feel s my job to work on the fireplace... if I had my eighty eight year old mother with would he have told her to do that? So I go to look at it, and you need tools to open it up. I don't take tools on vacation with me. I was not very happy about his attitude towards me and the fix it yourself attitude he had towards me.. so I replied to the email they sent out.Asking if they can do anything for us, And nobody replied. So my significant other went down and talked to him again and told him he needs to have somebody fix it. Which he did. Also the bed was hard. But we were trreated really crappy by the guy that worked on Sat and i will not book this hotel again because of the way I was treated. * i forgot to add this... when I got there, I was told the elevator hasn't been working and isn't going to work for a few more weeks. This is something you should communicate to people staying in your hotel ahead of time. Especially someone like me that has had two back surgeries. Which is another reason i didn't want to get on the floor and work on the fireplace!

Walking distance for down town shops.

I added a simple request for the room but they never fulfilled it.

The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was good. The hotel was a pleasant walk to downtown.

I can't think of anything negative.

They accepted my pets…. Including the cat after another place I had booked and paid for wouldn’t let us check in
