Knights Inn Mount Laurel

Fast check in. And had early check in.

In about a matter of one hour I witnessed a drug transaction. And was harassed by 3 men. And also was also harassed in the stairwell by another. I was supposed to stay the night. But checked out after a few hours. I did not feel safe.

Staff are very professional and polite. My room was clean and comfortable. Hotel grounds were quiet except for the fire works on the 4th. No unwanted folks hanging around outside all hours of the day and night.

The staff are very professional and friendly here. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Close to dining and Wawa. Quiet and safe.

The manger was very respectful and housekeeper was amazing nice people was there and the location was great everything you need was right there

I didn't like the cover on bed I think they should wash them or put new ones on the bed in the sheets too but other than that my staying was great

You pay what you get for. Even though the room looked decent, it still needs major repairs and upgrades.

It was sickening to see that the owners sleep in the lobby and have it closed. You have to go up to a window that looks like a bank window just for service. Broken ice machine. As many rooms there are, they were not even close to being sold out and yet they lie to you and say they have no other open rooms. The parking lot wasn’t even close to being half full. Plus, it was so noisy that other guests didn’t care if you slept or not by hanging out on the patio playing loud music and being loud and louder when they were in their rooms. It also looked like people were living there. The bathroom was dirty and needs major repairs. The bedroom portion just needs more upgrades. Again, you get what you pay for. I would NEVER stay here again. They should be shut down.

Planning for a late check-in after an entire day outside in the Phila heat at New Balance Track & Field Nationals, our family couldn’t wait to arrive for a shower and good nights sleep. Instead, we were met with a wall of stale smoking stench as we opened the door to our NON-Smoking room! We refused to stay as it was so bad we knew we couldn’t stand in the room let alone sleep there. Exhausted, all 4 of us spent the next 2 hours until 1:30 AM calling every place in the greater Phila area until we found 1 overpriced place to stay over a 1/2 hour away.

You really should remove this hotel. After our 2nd day and my 9 year old granddaughters sleeping on this bed. One of them pulled the zipper on the mattress cover. The pictures below are the blood stained mattress. I brought to the owners attention who stated no refund you slept here. Filed a report with DOH .
