"Short stay, good value but would probably not stay again."

Location

Lack of hooks for towels in the bathroom, noise from restaurant. Lighting was dim. A fridge in the room would be nice.

"Too loud - All day till 2AM"

Too loud all day until 2-3AM, window was facing pool area- after long flight. Too pricey. Washington Ave.

L’emplacement

Les équipements et services ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix. La piscine est minuscule et pas de salle de sport fonctionnel alors que nous avions réservé justement pour ces 2 prestations. Climatisation bruyante

- Localisation idéale - Bien décoré - Indemnisation d’environ 15% suite à plusieurs dysfonctionnements

Personnel manquant de rigueur et réactivité les demandes Prise de chambre non fonctionnelle Fer à repasser HS : besoin de demander le remplacement Chambres faites tardivement (entre 15 et 17h) Les chambres donnant sur la terrasse sont bruyantes (à cause de la cour du bar)
