The first impression of the rooms it smelled like pets previously stayed there. Some of the staff wasn’t so pleasant. Only one washer out of two worked

Spokane valley, called 12 times to get front desk. Needed a clean animal free room after eye surgery. Spots on floor, gum on night stand and dishes were dirty. Food is not for people with allergies or special diet. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. we got a suit thinking did would be a nice clean room. nope
