Best Western Plus Riverfront Hotel and Suites

Hot tube was small and not working temp cold

Great location, very nice to walk our pets, and a great pizza place next door.

The breakfast was exceptional. Staff in the kitchen and at the front were amazing

Service to our room was not good. A trash bag was left in our room and dirty sheets/towels were left in our room

Location is great if you have pets. Lovely riverfront walk. Close to a good restaurant.

My stay at the Best Western Plus Riverfront was a restful Xmas Eve and Xmas. I had decided to drive somewhere I hadn't been, and Montana's Great Falls sounded like an interesting choice (from Calgary). I was in a KIng suite with a jacuzzi, with a great river view. Things were spacious, and all amenities, including the two 55" TV's and the jacuzzi, worked well. The bed, and especially the pillows, were very comfortable. The hotel is in a secluded area, but it's less than 5 minutes to the downtown area, where there are many restaurants and eateries. I think the best is Montana's Rib and Chop House. This place was very busy on Xmas Eve, and for good reason. They definitely know how to do steak, and all the trimmings. Aside from this steak house, what I really enjoyed was the river walk, extending for quite a ways in both directions, just outside my suite door. On Xmas morning, just as the sun was coming up, I was on this walk, taking in the hundreds of ducks and geese on the river. I don't know if they were getting ready to migrate or what, but they were exceptionally noisy. The sound was joyful and energizing, I'll never forget it. I'll for sure come to Montana again, and stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast was good, kept up and clean. Everything was clean.

I told the manager at the desk about the grout line falling apart around the tub in room 133. Not a bad thing, it's just maintenance. Good experience talking with staff- very friendly and professional.
