Baymont by Wyndham Tri-Cities/Kennewick WA

Great staff, awesome place to stay. Wouldn't ever stay any where else in tri cities . I have stayed other hotels in the area. This place protects and values it's customers.

Swimming area and breakfast

That we were charged 20 bucks extra when checking out of our room due too 2 towels having acrylic paint brush cleaning spots on them!! Explained to staff that the towel was used as a barrier protecting the top of the table from getting paint on it as a result of our family art project we enjoyed doing together as a family!!! Staff was also reassured that the paint stains on the 2 towels would eventually come out as the paint is/was washable!!! Staff said to call back at noon to see if stains came out so that I could come and retrieve my last 20 bucks out of my 100 deposit that was partially returned!!! Staff then said the towels weren’t ready still at noon and that they would call me back in a couple hours and let me know what the verdict was?!?! However I never got a call back, suspicious hmmmm……. Then on top of all this non sense they wanna tell me the stains never came out and they’re keeping my 20 bucks 10 dollars per towel out of my 100 cash deposit but then yall wanted to charge me for the same dang stupid towels and took another 20 from my card!!!! Like really come on guys have some damn common sense and understanding, one it’s towels two it’s was a kids art project the paint WILL come out and is washable paint and three we were respectful enough to use a towel instead of letting the kids get it all over your furniture for Christ sakes!! Whatever last time I stay here I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on what a joke lmao 🤣

The bed was comfortable and for the Most part it's a quiet hotel.

The morning stuff was a little rude, k8nda acted like how dare we ask questions. There was no breakfast at 8:30am our first morning, when asked if we could get something she said no because there was only 30 minutes left to breakfast. There was no sugar, only fake! Not everyone can uses fake sugar. We got woke up by the front desk at almost 1am to be told to be quiet or we would be ask to leave.... we were ASLEEP! Ice machine was broke. Anyways, my husband and I only get to do this once a year and this was not a good experience for us. Waste of money and experience. We will not be back.

The most filthy hotel i ever been to. I would like my money back. I had to leave there and go to another hotel.

Had to ask for towels, wash clothes, and toilet paper

We had 2 people in the room to share 1 wash clothes, 1 bath towel , and 1 hand towel Ran very low on toilet paper Breakfast was to Tim until 9 am, if you weren’t there by 830 there was nothing left. I told the desk clerk twice and nothing was done Numerous people complained about breakfast
