Quality Inn & Suites Albany Corvallis

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We love the breakfast they have. The staff is always friendly. When we come up for the Big Smash we always look for rooms here first.

Friendly staff, pretty clean rooms, hot shower, and a surprisingly decent breakfast set up.

Had to wait a little more than a half hour after scheduled 3pm check-in time for room to be ready. Grateful for the clean room, but was running on a tight schedule to make a wedding on time.

Absolutely love this location and the staff!! Always great, staff is always super friendly and helpful! The manager and assistant manager are amazing, they make you feel super comfortable there!!! 10/10

Cleanliness

The refrigerator in the room doesn’t work. The hotel doesn’t have laundry room!

We stayed for 8 nights. Most other hotels were full or exorbantly high. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. But the hotel is desperatly in need of updating. Paint chipping off walls, door sticks to frame making it hard to get into the room. Housekeeping was cursory. They removed the trash and brought in fresh towels. Bedspreads were pulled up over totally wrinkled sheets. Stains were left on the bathroom sink faucet. At one point, some shady character knocked on our door at 1 am saying he found our room key in the parking lot. When I answered the door, he slid the key under the door. If I had not been there, he may have entered the room. The side door (away from the lobby) has a big gap between the door and the frame and therefore does not lock, allowing easy access from anyone from outside. Again, staff was very friendly, but I probably would not stay here again.

It was a nice place to stay at a good price.

The cars on the road were so close and so loud I could not sleep.

Our room..207 had a broken chain for locking the door. I let the check in desk know. Was told that the mainenance person wouldn’t be back until Monday. I’m tried to use the broken chain the best I could. However the door frame was not attached to the wall so it didnot do anygood. On Saturday morning I let the morning crew know. Was told the he has his maintenance person coming into and would let him know. Again nothing was done. When I went to bed on Sunday night I locked the door and put the desk chair in fro t of the door. What a shame to have to use a chair to feel some what safe . Nothing was done to fix a situation where kids in the room could get out. When I checked out on Monday morning. I again let the front desk know the issues with this room.
