I did not sign up to be treated like I was staying in a homeless shelter—for $160. Due to a last-minute issue with my home renovation, I needed an overnight stay for myself and my son and turned to Booking.com, trusting the platform for quality and reliability. I chose this hotel based on its high number of favorable reviews (over 8.2k), assuming a comfortable and safe environment. Unfortunately, the experience was completely unacceptable: The elevators were not functioning. The air conditioning was repeatedly turned off, only coming on for about 30 seconds at random intervals, making it impossible to get a restful night’s sleep. The room itself was poorly maintained—broken shades, visible dust, and unclean surfaces. I was coughing throughout the night due to the dusty environment. Mattress was bad, sinking in which made me keep readjusting my position whole night with a restless sleep When I called the front desk around 5:00 AM to report the AC issue, the staff denied intentionally shutting it off. I was told that no refund could be issued since I booked through Booking.com. Instead, I was offered complimentary coffee, which was later changed to complimentary breakfast—neither of which addresses the inconvenience and discomfort we endured. I am requesting a full refund for this stay. Given the misleading listing, poor conditions, and lack of support from both the hotel and your platform, I will not accept anything less. Please process this request promptly. I look forward to your resolution.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and spacious, hotel itself clean and updated, only issue is do not eat at ruby tuesdays my boyfriend got quite sick from it and the food tasted off. Plenty of good food order options within 15 minutes.

Giselle at the front desk and the maintenance gentleman (forgot his name) went above and beyond. We appreciated their hospitality. I would encourage this Courtyard to invest in better irons.
