"Room not ready"

Mostly my disappointment was that the room was not ready in time and I was even more disappointed with the attitude they had about getting the room ready. Poor. Too bad, nice place - but the service and timlieness against the price was poor. Also, hotel room ice machine was broken.

It was overlooking a golf course. Had a nice view. The carpet in the rooms were worn out. Need to be replaced. Otherwise everything was nice.

It has big rooms and we were right at the corner. The hotel is right next to a shopping center and a park nearby.

There was no bathtub which I was anticipating in lieu of the swimming pool. The AC cannot be controlled and ran all night and a bit noisy.You have to call reception to adjust the temperature.In other hotels,either there is an air-conditioning remote or it goes on and off to balance the room temperature.
