Our room was clean except for the floors. They hadn't been swept and were gritty with sand. Hard to go barefoot.

The property is pretty run down. The rooms themselves are ok, but outside is pretty run down. Soap and shampoo were sad, shampoo was a little packets. Pretty sure the motel is used to house homeless and people with mental health issues. Wouldn't stay there again.

Nice refurbished room with newer furniture and appliances. Parking lot had some sketchy characters hanging around that didn't make me feel safe. Lots of construction made it difficult to get in and out of parking lot.

Room smelled strongly of smoke, despite being “no smoking”. A/C unit was incredibly noisy all through the night. Bedding felt worn and scratchy

The hotel rooms are mostly rented to long term tenants with a few rooms for regular guests. It was a weird vibe. Our room was clean, but run down, and turning on the shower would be impossible for anyone with a shoulder condition as it required pulling *really hard* with both hands on the shower handle. Good times!

Bathroom was dirty. Door was nasty. Ceiling had mold.

Reliable place to stay during a very busy weekend in GJ.
