Porte de chambre mal isolée. La lumière et le bruit passent à travers Nous avions un chambre devant l’armoire de la climatisation dans le couloir et la machine à glaçon; le bruit est juste horrible

Room was good. Umbrella, iron, fan, a lot of towels, bathtub, shower cabin. Fridge, microwave and coffeemashine in the room. Shuttle to the beach and back anytime you needed. Drivers are awesome. The personnel is great. Especially Brad. The room extension was offered for a very reasonable price, but we didn't need it. Complimentary extended our room for 1 more hour. Location is perfect - close to the beaches and to the 5-th Ave, where all the restaurants are.

I wouldn't say we didn't like it, we tolerated it :) A couple of ancient stains on the towels, that obviously can't be washed off, but we didn't report it, because it was not really important for our vacation. We had a plenty of towels offered. Breakfast was just okay. Mostly pre-cooked that required warming, just a few grab and go things, the main course you need to order. Scrambled eggs seemed to be cooked from egg's powder, not real eggs.

La propiedad es correcta .

Poco servicio. 1 día nos retiramos de la habitación a las 10 hs de la mañana. Y cuando regresamos a las 16 hs la habitación no estaba lista. Desayuno pobre y deficiente. Sin room service. Para resumir es casi un bed and breakfast. El personal a cargo de la recepción tiene escasa preparación para resolver los problemas de las huéspedes.

The breakfast didn’t suit such a lovely hotel. It was really mediocre. Dumbed down and a lost opportunity. Room air conditioning was noisy I think it needed maintenance.

Muy limpia, el personal súper amable y atento, el servicio de playa impecable, llamas para que te vayan a buscar y en 2 minutos tenes el auto esperándote.
