Clean and quiet.

Location and staff

Pungent smell of cleaning products over the smell of vomit in our room. It was hard to sleep because of that. We arrived in really late (after midnight) , and stayed one night, so just prioritized getting family in for some sleep before next days travels.

When I checked in I felt the woman at the front desk was really defensive and in a huge hurry. Example…she assigned my husband and me to a room on the second floor. At that point I asked for a room on the first floor and she took issue and said I hadn’t made a special request when I booked, seemed annoyed when I asked and said I was ? (something negative). She also seemed annoyed when I asked if the rate was the best possible senior rate, although she did a brief review and declared it was. I definitely did not get the feeling she is customer oriented and might suggest she attend a workshop or have some guidance about dealing with tired, older customers who may have just completed a long day’s drive, as we had.

My family and I were able to all book this hotel to celebrate my cousin’s graduation from OSU. We all flew in from California and had the best time here. The atmosphere was great. The rooms were cozy. The service was very accommodating. The amenities were nice. The gym and pool were clean! Hope we get a chance to stay here again. Thank you Comfort inn team!

We were up here for graduation. The rooms are clean, the hotel was well maintained and plenty of parking. They’re were at least 25 or less staying there and they were very accommodating. We were able to use the lobby in the evening to socialize and have dinner. You’re looking for a place to stay while visiting Oregon for graduation for vacation. You should definitely consider this place. It’s close to everything in about a 20 minute drive to downtown Portland. Thank you again for being such a great host.

Our family booked several rooms for a graduation celebration weekend; and had an excellent time staying at the Tualatin - Lake Oswego Comfort Inn & Suites. We had a group of roughly 50 family members, the kids were able to play in the common area, swim with adults and we even hosted several late evening events playing games & listening to music. This allowed us to spend time with family that traveled from across the US. Excellent place to stay!
