When we got there, they did let us check in early. The staff was very nice. I walked into the room and I had a weird feeling so I tore apart the bed and they did not change the sheets. They were filthy. They had hair on them wrinkled, so I called downstairs and had them come up and bring clean sheets and change the bed in front of me therefore, I started looking throughout the whole room. The room was pretty clean. It was not the beds that were clean and that’s disgusting.

It was easy to get in and get out not too far from things

The room was clean and comfortable. It's at a nice location near restaurants and downtown HMB.

The room was very dark. The window screen was broken and one of the corners was lifted as if someone had tried to break in. There wasn't an elevator for those with mobility difficulties. There wasn't a site map to indicate where to get ice.
