Nice quiet location in a side street off the ring road. Room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent a-la-carte evening meal for ourselves and friends. Good value.

Very pleased with my first stay at this hotel. Good location, very friendly and courteous staff. Room was neat and tidy. Breakfast was very good. Free and private parking was a great bonus. Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Bradford.

yes this is a very nice hotel with good caring staff that are keen for you to return breakfast is better than the large hotels as it is generally cooked fresh and has excellent attentive waitresses and good management. add free safe parking and wifi thrown in, this place is not to be missed.

Easy to find - shame about the run-down area (not that the hotel can do anything about that!). Lots of parking available. Quick check-in and shown to my room. My room was a good size and very clean but tired in a few places. The bed was very uncomfortable as were the pillows - both needed replacing. Breakfast was as you would expect but menus on the tables would have been a good addition. I had room service which was quick and delicious!! There were a couple of maintenance issues with my room which were dealt with immediately. The biggest issue was the lack of Wi-Fi. As I was away on business I had work I wanted to complete each night and was unable to do so as the Wi-Fi was broken. I think this should have been explained to me prior to check-in as it is one of the key things I look for when booking hotels for business purposes. I would return (as long as internet issues had been resolved) and would definitely eat at the hotel again.

Hotel was decent quality but I felt that it could have been better if the hotel smelled better. The place had a bad odor which may have been down to the old carpets in the room. The bed was a bit lumpy but I guess ok for 3 Star. On the good side there’s ample parking and the service was very good. Breakfast was fine and well presented. I also thought that the bathroom was nice.
