Last minute booking that included parking and breakfast - very clean and friendly staff

Sofa bed was very worn and uncomfortable, also we were close to the lifts so was woken up at various times through the night with noise from the lift.

Location is great

It smells. I have stayed several times throughout the last year and the rooms smell like stale smoke. The hallways smell like old damp carpet

The hotel is in a decent location. I traveled for work. Hotel is outdated and needs to be overhauled. The staff was friendly. There was a big fly problem in my suite which I alerted the front desk to at checkout. I was surprised in the response of “oh.” No apology offered or further inquiry about the problem which made me suspect they were aware of it. The coffee was good and available early. I skipped the breakfast because the food didn’t look appealing to me.

Went to Massachusetts for my mothers funeral and tried over the phone to stay an extra day and couldn't get that to happen and I had to make other arrangements. I asked for a room next to family member and they couldn't accommodate that family member on first floor and I was on third floor. TV remote did not work properly , no toilet plunger in room first time using toilet and it almost over flowed asked front desk for plunger to be brought to room just in case this happened again and it never was brought to room, telephone in room did not work tried different numbers and nothing worked no dial tone but phone was plugged into wall. I would not recommend this hotel anymore I stayed before but it has gone in service .

Nice and clean. The rooms could use a slight upgrade (carpeting, lamps, lightning)

I give it a 10

Everything was great and we enjoyed the pool
