Nur Wegwerfgeschirr beim Frühstück, obwohl ich das schon oft als Feedback gegeben hatte. Zimmer wird während des Aufenthalts nicht gesäubert und Betten nicht gemacht. Manchmal klappt es auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption, aber sehr personenabhängig.

The hotel receptionist at the time we check in, Rashmi (i think is her name) was very helpful, cooperative and extra nice to us. Kudos to her!

- The location of the hotel is decent. Everything you need is fairly closeby (by car). - The bed was relatively comfortable. - Breakfast was pretty standard with decent enough options. - The young man working on Sunday morning was extremely professional and super kind (please give him a raise immediately).

- For my dad, I noticed it is not the most handicap friendly, given the tight spaces to turn in the lobby and the corridors. - The lady working the evening shift was not very nice or friendly; she was a bit rude, somewhat aggressive and had an attitude. - The corridors smell like smoke and marijuana. - Room could have been a little bit cleaner (I observed some surfaces required an additional wipe down, and I found the previous guests' room keys somewhat tucked away within a shelf). - I think your treadmills operate on kilometers and not miles? Speaking of, the gym space is very small and quite tight. - The cafeteria didn't have caffinated tea, so I had to go near the reception for it. - The pork sausage patties were extremely salty.
