Comfortable bed, bathroom handicap bar very helpful.

Booked a handicap room. First room wasn't. The staff did go to a second room to see if it did have handicap bars (why would that not be in the computer?). It was. Good to go. Charger outlets (2) by the bed were both broken. That is important these days. Clock time hadn't been reset to new time. I don't wear a watch and my phone had died. So the incorrect time made me off schedule for an appointment. The bed was comfortable tho.
