Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, la atención y la máquina de café. La ubicación es muy buena para tomar el cable car, así como para caminar hacia Union Square. La atención en recepción es muy buena y son muy amables. Finalmente, el espacio para servirle la comida es muy útil, tiene máquina para prepararse varios tipos de café y chocolate, agua fría y caliente y máquina de hielos. Muy funcional para prepararse los desayunos.

No es lo peor, pero el olor en la habitación (quizás por el alfombrado) podría mejorar.

I spent my birthday weekend here, and it was such a wonderful experience. My friends surprised me with room decorations, which made the stay even more special. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and accommodating to the best of their abilities. Everything was very clean, and the place felt comfortable and welcoming. The front desk girl who helped us was genuinely one of the best—you could tell she truly cares about her job and about making guests feel welcome. That kind of service really stands out. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back!

the area where the hotel is located is the tenderloin so be careful at night but as long as you are not alone you should be fine. i do like how the hotel was locked 24/7

Location is close to Powell St BART station. The room is clean.

The street noise is very loud. The AC is broken.
