The hotel staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. It was the best customer service I've experienced from a hotel when I've stayed in Mexico. I've also stayed at hotels in CDMX, Monterrey, and Guadalajara. The whole plaza is in a great and safe location. Lastly, the casino is a fun experience without being obnoxiously flashy like Las Vegas.
