The rooms looked nice staff was great

I was put on a floor being remodeled and the paint fumes were nauseating . And I had to move the next day so they could paint the room I was in Also the indoor pool was freezing cold and you had to reconnect to the internet roughly every 30 minutes

Not bad; eggs not sufficient when I went. Otherwise pretty good variety.

Pillows were not firm enough.

Was a nice clean room for a reasonable price.

The air conditioner was squeaky, was hard to sleep with the air conditioner/ fan on.

The king suite was amazingly clean, spacious and comfortable.

Everything exceeded our expectations.

Spacious room was very clean and fully stocked (cups, towels, kleenex, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, tp, microwave, refrig, tea, coffee, sugar, cream). Serene and updated decore. Very nice hotel staff--they were charming and authentic. Liked the vibe. The breakfast was good. I wished there had been more GF offerings, but that is minor. I had yogurt, fruit, and scrambled eggs, which was enough for a breakfast! Light and bright lobby. Safe parking. A great experience for an overnight while on the road.

I could hear the footsteps in the room above me, but it was muffled and not egregious.

I paid on my credit card and i was told that i would not receive my reward for my rooms. if you make it impossible to redeem then get rid of them.
