Limpeza, conforto, custo benefício

Divergência de informações entre os funcionários da recepção. Inicialmente ao deixarmos nossas malas no hotel , o funcionário sinalizou que poderíamos antecipar o checkin em cerca de 40 min. Quando retornamos, a liderança disse que não era possível, sendo que o quarto já estava liberado. Disse que a regra ela clara, foi pouco empática, pouca escuta, e foi irredutível p flexibilizar o check in, uma prática que é comum a serviços de hotelaria.
