Best Western Providence Warwick Airport Inn

Breakfast was good with lots of choices. One older shuttle driver was nice and helpful. Housekeeping staff (married) were friendly. Most staff at the reception were friendly. Very close to the airport.

BOOKING.COM HAD THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER FOR THE HOTEL!!! WE NEEDED THE SHUTTLE!!! I called Booking.com. No answer from a real person. I had to try and find the number a different way. It was cold, rainy, plus we just flew from Venice, Italy so we were very tired. The shuttle driver was a young man. He didn't park where we were standing with 2 big suitcases & 2 carryon bags. We walked to where he was & loaded the bags ourselves. We also unloaded the bags at the hotel.

Friendly helpful staff, very clean well kept room. Shuttle to airport was spot on.

This is a SOLID 3 STAR HOTEL.... First and most importantly, don't be worried about the reasonable price......... it is clean... Very clean! My room looked exactly like the photos. The bathroom shower looked brand new. Soaps and lotions are provided by wall dispensers. Maid service was provided every day. Beds made, trash cans emptied and clean towels supplied. Heater and A/C unit was quiet and clean. Hotel staff at front desk was also excellent. Friendly, polite, and helpful. The free continental breakfast was good and as expected. Hot serving dishes are offered with eggs, sausage and potatoes. And a Pancake machine. Good hot or cold coffee. Four juice choices in the juice dispenser! Beagles with butter or cream cheese and muffins. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Providence, RI......... And oh yeah, one last amenity..... They will pick you up at the airport in the hotel van!

Very quiet, with comfortable bed.

Room felt dark, property could use a design refresh.

The room smelled of smoke and the screen was ripped and ashes outside the window. It was a non smoking room.
