People banging doors running down halls and screaming all night until 4:00 AM Asked night clerk about this and he just shrugged Terrible!

Nice clean hotel. Good breakfast, kind people

Location is perfect directly to the airport. The room size is the adequate the bed was comfortable and the breakfast is delicious

One staff member was a bit grumpy but everyone else was super nice

Property was nice and rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

For me, beds were not the most comfortable. Also the smoking area was right outside the main door which made the vestibule area smell like cigarettes.

I like that the room was large and there was a sofa to sit on. The shower had hot water.

The sofa was very uncomfortable, the bed was too. the furniture was very dated, there was an armoire to hang clothes in, the drawers in the TV stand kept opening, the fridge was wobbly, the AC did not work good. The TV guide was so hard to figure out. There are gaps around all the door frames to the rooms. We did not care for the microwave breakfast items. The coffee was horrible. The staff was not pleasant and most didn't make eye contact. I felt the price was way too high for the location and the condition of the lodging. Plus, it was very noisy at night with people running, yelling and banging doors.The.room was way too dark in the daytime

I stayed at the Best Western Providence Warwick Airport Inn from May 2-9, 2026. The room/property issues were already disappointing: paper-thin walls, musty AC, a chewed-up desk chair, tiny bathroom with no shelves, broken shower head, poor water pressure, and a warm water refill station that dripped on the floor. But the real issue was management conduct. On May 5, I witnessed General Manager Mitul Patidar screaming profanities at a person who needed medical attention while police and paramedics were on-site. I heard him call the person a "f****** moron." On May 7, I witnessed him berating staff near my room / in the hallway in a degrading, humiliating way audible to guests. On May 8, I was woken up on the third floor by him yelling at a guest in the lobby below. After seeing this, I looked at other public reviews and found that this was not an isolated impression. Other guests have described management as hostile, rude, cruel, and mean; one guest reported a disputed $250 smoking fee where the manager/owner allegedly called her question "stupid," refused to reverse the charge, hung up, and banned her; another guest reported being accused by the owner of wanting someone arrested; and another reported rude phone handling after a reservation problem, with the GM later apologizing publicly for the response given on the phone. I would not stay here again. The physical condition of the hotel is one thing. The hostile management environment is the bigger problem. This stay has also changed how I see the Best Western brand. I am not planning to stay at another Best Western after this. A hotel stay should not leave a guest feeling like they witnessed people being humiliated or endangered. There are real people behind these incidents — guests, staff, and people in vulnerable moments — and they deserve better than what I saw here.
