A lot of maintenance and basic updates needed on this property. Main reason we booked was for the hot tub, which wasnt hot

The only national chain lodging in town that we have patronized for many years we have visited family in the area. However, this year they could have offered more variety at breakfast with fresher baked goods although the fresh fruit was nice. Requested late check-out online but this was not conveyed to front desk. Too many vagrants hanging around and smoking in front and parking made the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable. The guestroom was spacious with a queen bed and good water pressure in the shower. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows.

Excellent staff

The staff was incredible ,friendly and accommodating. Can not speak highly enough of the customer service. Rooms were clean and alright. The outside was not a great impression with overgrown bushed and weeds. With a little work and a few dollars would not look so ghetto and eould match the inside.

Service

The nasty people smoking and hanging around the entrances along with the fact that people live there makes the place look like a dump. My room had a HORRIBLE SMELL that made me have to sleep with the window open. And never got any real Hot water to shower with.

It was good

The property wasn't very clean.

What i didnt like is that we were 45 minutes early for checkin and wanted to charge 20 dollars early check in fee I've stayed at multiple hotels and never was charge for checking in early.
