Beds are comfortable

I would never recommend this motel to anyone. its very dirty and not secure. The side door had no lock on it, in face it had no lock in place, just a hollow hole where the lock should be. the landscaping and parking lot were covered with weeds. The pool and hot tube were closed. the breakfast was inedible, the thing that you could eat was the bagels. that were ceiling tiles in the hallway missing. the bathroom was dirty. All I can say is don't believe all the photos online.

The overall condition was horrible. The room smelled, there were holes everywhere, it was very dirty. The recliner had cigarette burns in it the sofa looked gross. It was noisy. The pool was not open and only told at check in. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. Also it cost me $155 for this horrible experience

Property was done for an overnight stay with dog. Reasonable dog fee. Property condition was consistent with expectations for a lower-cost hotel. Front desk attendant went above and beyond to be pleasant, helpful and accommodating.

The hotel was good for our stay. The grounds needs to be cleaned up.

Nasty. Sink broke. Mold. Windows screen broke. Door frame scratched from dogs. Health dept closed the pool. Room was wet. Just over all disgusting

We will make a better decision next time on where we stay. Learning BEFORE arrival from a different guest that the pool would be down the entire weekend, and not being notified by the hotel themselves- and when we called and asked for a discount as we had to PAY to go swimming somewhere else, but was denied a discount. Learned by looking at reviews after the fact the pool was down for awhile!! Paying full price for this hotel was wrong And to be told we would be charged a fee for canceling, when we weren’t the problem, the hotel was, is also wrong. When we finally got into our room, I instantly took pictures as our TV was broken and the way you turned it on was from an INTERNAL switch dangling out the back!!! The wall boards under the A/C unit were broken and kicked out. We had to do maintenance on the shower in order to shower as it didn’t work. The shower looked as if it was never swept- hair and junk behind the door. The shower curtain was moldy and disgusting all the way up it. The sink upon entry also squirted 4 different ways and the mirror was caked with residue. The breakfast was questionable, and we skipped for good measure and went to Kwik Trip instead. The guests that we knew had issues in their room as well: urine on the floor with a foul smelling room; their faucet upon entry was being held together by electrical tape, and there was feces on the toilet to name a few. We left 1 day early, without a refund as we did not want to have another night there. Very disappointed, especially when no effort was made when problems were discussed.

When we arrived we found out that the pool was out of order, so our girls were pretty upset. Our room was filthy. The floors needed to be mopped and the shower curtain was moldy on the bottom. The room smelled musty, and once I started the shower I noticed that the shoeer head was also very moldy. I spoke with the front desk, who was very nice and responsive. She had hpisekeeping visit the room to mop floors ans change oit the curtain. On a beyyer note, the beds were comfortable, and the sheets smelled clean.
