Fairfield Inn by Marriott LaGuardia Airport/Flushing

Stayed at this hotel after getting back off a cruise , great service after the first day .. reason is I was charged 50.00 dollars to get in my room early .. me standing there with little ones first time that’s happened most just say hey we have a room early no charge just give me the key and alls good .. but guess that’s there policy whatever … paid it and went on .. but overall helped me after that many times .. felt safe and no problem sleeping .. Good place to just sleep for a night and move on !!

Just very loud being close to an airport heard every plane

The hotel itself is great; it just isn’t in the most convenient neighbourhood for food or transportation.

We stayed here for the us open matches. We needed the hotel to pick us up but the phone was not working. There was no way to connect with them.

There was no drinking water anywhere. Not in the breakfast room. The lobby only had lemonade. The gym water machine wasnt working.

The property was incredibly old and they charged $428 for one night. It is ridiculous to boost the cost that much because there is a weather demand for hotels. It was one of the dirtiest and oldest places I’ve ever stayed, and I will be hesitant to stay at another Marriott property.

Awesome stat for US open weekend

Our room smelled so musty and damp. Decor is in great need of updating. Not my usual experience with Marriott for the high price

★☆☆☆☆ This Marriott-owned Fairfield Inn in Flushing is a disaster. It feels like a rundown old hotel that Marriott bought, slapped their name on, and now charges nearly $400 a night for. Nothing about it resembles the standards you expect from Marriott. The lobby is tiny and awkward. Every time I walked in, it looked like the boyfriend of the front desk host was hanging out or even sleeping on the couch in the waiting area. It set the tone for how unprofessional and sloppy the whole place feels. The breakfast area is cramped, poorly laid out, and unpleasant. At one point a huge loud fan was blowing directly at guests trying to eat. Food was scattered around with little order, and the whole experience felt more like chaos than comfort. Parking is almost impossible. The lot is so small that some guests had to leave without staying because there was nowhere to park. Inside the rooms you get paper-thin walls, musty odors, and outdated furniture. One shower curtain was too short and flooded the bathroom. Toilets were broken, windows were dirty, and the back door to the lot was unusable. Add in the constant roar of airplanes overhead, slow elevators, and sky-high snack prices, and you have one of the worst hotel stays imaginable. For nearly $400 a night, this property is an insult to guests. Marriott should be embarrassed to put their name on it.
