Location, comfort of the room,

The fact that I had to go and ask for a proper remote control to the TV, mount was broken. Would not function properly, front desk staff cannot tell me how to get a program guide on the TV. They weren't knowledgeable enough about the TVs.

The pool policy, nowhere on the site does it state we can only have 8 person limit in the pool. Ruined our plans and weekend.
