"Good stay."

We had 2 rooms, king bed suites were super nice for the roomy layout. Gentleman very nice and friendly at checkin. Room was clean. Only negative was hard beds and not comfortable pillows. TV had a lot of channels but lines in reception. Some folks might like firm in both mattress and pillows so for some they would be fine.

Staff were very friendly at check-in and check-out. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was nice other than not having enough towels. Breakfast was good. There is quite a bit of lounge-style seating and some tables and chairs, which made finding a spot to sit to eat a bit tricky so adding a few more tables would be good, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, a very nice stay.

"Homewood suites stay"

Doing construction/ updating. Dust on luggage carriers. Room huge but not enough furniture for the space. Poorly designed. Room dated. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast pretty good. Kids running around unsupervised so could not use waffle maker.

8 night stay housekeeping suppose to come in every two days they showed up once after i complained enough because the front desk was annoyed with us needing clean towels and washrag and toliet paper. Nice kitchen area (and of course i cooked and needed trash out bc when i asked where to take it they said no where to take it only housekeeping can take. Pool needed cleaned and filled definitely not heated room is not pool

"Friendliest place ever!"

I stayed here for a shopping trip to Ikea. Checking in was a breeze and the staff was very welcoming. He left me know renovations were starting the next week on the first floor where I was staying. The room was spacious and well equiped, but I understood the reason for renovations. Breakfast was good and they had 24 hour coffee. It snowed while I was there and I needed to clean my car off. I asked Olivia at the front desk if I could borrow a broom. They didn't have one for me to use but she got the snow scraper/brush from her own car for me to use! From the front desk to the rest of the hotel staff, this was the friendliest place I ever stayed!

"Terrible room"

The bed was old worn out and very uncomfortable!! The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I had hope. The hospital has better televisions js. Don’t want to contract MRSA. Couldn’t stay there. Not to mention a barking dog just 2 rooms away. We left within a half hour after check in. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The only nice part was the kitchen area which was also useless at the same time.
