The room was exactly what I was looking for. Simple, clean, comfortable and a reasonable rate. The roadside room was a bit noisy, but was ok late evening.

The staff we encountered were all kind and helpful. Great people.

The neighborhood is sketchy. Some long term resistant this Value Inn that hang out in the parking lot and doorways. Friendly but uncommon for a hotel.

"Good value and location."

Good location and very friendly staff, she helped us out when the bottom floor wasn't available. She gave us a room close to the stairs so we didn't have a long walk since our knees aren't the greatest.

One of the bedspreads had holes in it like cigarette burns. The hotel is a bit outdated with carpet.
