Horrible. There were holes in the sheets, and when we brought it up, they said they knew about it and just haven't gotten new sheets yet. They claimed it was a strict, no smoking policy, but the room smelled smoky.

We had a bad feeling when we pulled up to this location. It’s in a bad neighborhood and when we went in they didn’t accept animals we brought our family dog. When we got to a different hotel to see if we could stay somewhere else, we heard that they recently had cockroaches. I will never stay at America’s best.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The area is a little sketchy looking at night but we didn’t have any issues. Dahlia at the front desk was incredibly helpful.
