The breakfast was good

My room was not the cleanest and there were bugs

It was decent & fairly clean. I would stay again if I had to. It would not be my first choice.

It’s dated and in need of some repair. The hallways smelled like urine faintly. The sofa bed was stained. I didn’t want to sit on it. The water pressure was very low

Never stayed and never felt any thing of customer service at all what so ever I was spending 340 with all prices yes I got refunded but still that was a great place so far

Mean ugly spoiled brat attitude

The property was clean, ac worked great. Staff were super nice and helpful. I was actually shocked how good the hotel was for what I paid.

The breakfast is ok. The dish to the eggs didn’t close correctly so they were kind of cold. They only do waffles on weekends. Was kind of disappointed since I booked cause they had Texas shaped waffles. They ran out of milk, and the torrani syrups and wasn’t restocked. Parking was very tight. But ok.

I can honestly say that the only one thing about my stay was the breakfast and the staff at the breakfast bar.

Property srooundings was dirty lots of trash around parking lot, panhandlers in the area. Didn’t feel safe at night when arriving to the property. Check in staff was rude. Extremely poor customer service. Was very disappointed nothing about the reviews were delivered. The tv ‘s in the room were not working we asked front desk she disregarded us no attempt to help. Only reply was I don’t know. She didn’t know anything. Room was not clean, toilet was dirty had pee drippings. Carpet was dirty, curtains had holes on them.
