Horrible. Had to turn around and walk out after checking in. Felt very unsafe and very uncomfortable.

The building could use some updating. Bathroom shower was stained. Carpet was tearing in some spots. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

Really nice hotel pet friendly, room was very nice and breakfast was off the chain!

Beds were comfortable, but the couch was dated and worn down. TVs were old.

Not stayed

The bathroom door was defective, I was stuck in the bathroom for 30 minutes. When, I closed the sliding bathroom door, it locked me in, and my wife had to call the front desk for assistance. The front desk clerk had to lift the door up to get it open. In addition, the rooms were listed as having an Excellent rating. The room was not clean. I would rate the Hotel as a 3.

This property is about $53 away from Chicago ORD on Lyft, incl tip. It’s in a quiet corporate zone, but there are no nearby restaurants. Giordanos offers Italian food on delivery. Lasagna and salad were very satisfying after a frustrating flight cancellation.

My stay was terrible. I chose this location based on positive reviews, but when we arrived, the entire hotel had an obnoxious odor. When we got to our room, there was no fan in the bathroom, and I could hear and smell the guests in the next room relieving themselves, as it seemed the vents were connected. There were dead flies all over the room as well. The thermostat was not connected to anything, as the temperature in the room stayed the same for our entire stay. The first night we stayed, we were woken up to a fire alarm at around 1:30-2 am, which then disrupted our entire next day of activities, and no explanation was offered. After the second night we stayed, we were getting ready to leave, and we noticed that the toilet was clogged from normal use, and I could hear the tank running consistently. We called down to the front desk to get it fixed, and they said they'd send someone from maintenance. We waited for 20 minutes, and no one ever came, so we went down and talked to the front desk as we had reservations and were already running behind. Eventually, the toilet did get fixed, but the room still smelled like a sewer when we returned hours later. When we were leaving at the end of the stay, the maintenance team was using the guest elevator as a freight elevator, so we were again put behind schedule because we had to wait for them to unload mattresses and bedframes. Lobby and common areas were very clean and nice on exterior. The stairwell was filthy, we had to take it a few times when the elevator was down. The walls were obviously not cared for or cleaned in our room which made me feel uncomfortable during our stay and the room had a musty or humid smell. The service of the hotel staff was great though.
