Staff was friendly. Facility was clean. Price was good.

There was no coffee, cream or sugar in the room with the coffee maker. When I went to the desk and asked though, they gave it to me with no issue.

Roaches were in our room. The carpet was filthy and the staff was not at the desk. We had to search for someone. Our door key did not work.

There was 1 towel for the 4 of us, we had to go ask for more and they gave us small hand towels. The pool was closed. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Blankets were thin. Room was very hot when we arrived and took some time to cool down. Crickets everywhere. Breakfast was awful, stale bread and cereal.
