Great hotel

Good place. I stay often here throughout the years. Needs new paint at least. Cleaning can be done better .like clean headrest better

They need to keep food available during the time they say their breakfast hours are. When we went for breakfast around 8:00 am there is very little food available. We ended up going next door to McDonalds for breakfast which is not want we wanted to do.

Good price and the right location for touring the painted churches.

Absolutely disgusting. This hotel is in need of some serious attention. The elevator is out of service. The ice machine is broken. The staff was completely off putting. Practically wordless reception at checkin and the next morning, at breakfast, more of the same. In addition, no ID/form completion was asked for at checkin, which is expected at every hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was moldy smelling. However, amazingly the bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast consisted of white bread, some three or four day old doughnuts in a box from Walmart, a couple of apple sauce containers, cereal and milk and that’s about it. Not too many places for food around the hotel, other than fast food. We arrived on a Monday and the adjacent pizza place was closed. Best Western needs to inspect this hotel because it’s an insult to their business to have their name on this place. Under NO circumstances should anyone ever consider staying here. We certainly won’t.
