Hotel muy bien ubicado cerca de la estación central de tren de Bruselas te permite ir andando de la estación al hotel y también ir andando al centro Bruselas. muy cómodo. personal muy amable, disponen de un salón con bar self-service, y café gratis. desayuno muy rico completo y variado. Me gustó el estilo urbano industrial bien decorado

Las mesas del desayuno son muy grandes alargadas e incómodas, complicado para entrar y salir a coger los platos del buffet. había momentos que estaban llenas todas las mesas del desayuno era complicado para ir de tu asiento a la zona de la comida

In eerste instantie een kamer in de basement gekregen maar die stonk naar rioollucht. Per direct een andere kamer gekregen.

Strong 4 stars, comfortable bed, the AC, clean room and a good breakfast. Also it was quite in the room.

The hotel charged me for a deposit which was over 50% of the whole price and there was no easy visible information about it when I made that reservation. That's too much, a way too much. They gave that money back eventually, but when they did it I was already flying back home. A good breakfest and a comfortable bed is not worth a half of the total price more for the deposit.

La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Nous avons été surclassés pour l'anniversaire de mon ami. Le personnel a été très chaleureux et aimable. L'emplacement centrale fait la différence ! Merci, nous reviendrons.

Friendly and helpful staff, gave good recommendation for dinner. Loved the brick wall in our room.

The bed was extremely hard and the pillows were lumpy and soft.
