Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel

Great day. We were able to check in early and get a late check out. They have a pool and a hot hot tub.

We stayed at this hotel during a girl's trip to Vancouver and were very happy with our experience overall. The location turned out to be more convenient than expected. Even though it wasn't right next to most of our planned activities, the SkyTrain station was only a five-minute walk from the hotel. This made getting into downtown Vancouver and exploring the city simple and stress free. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-maintained, which made a big difference after long days of sightseeing. One of the highlights was discovering a full-service Starbucks right in the lobby. We also really appreciated the outdoor pool. It was a relaxing spot to unwind in the afternoon and made the stay feel a bit more like a mini resort. Another major plus was the airport shuttle. It was prompt, reliable, and took the hassle out of arriving and departing.

My room was ready early, very clean, shuttle service was great, staff was friendly and helpful except for my one minor issue. I would stay again.

I was quite disappointed that I did not receive my 4 am wake up call that I requested from the front desk so I could get to the airport early. Luckily I set my personal alarm as a back up.

Everything with this hotel was perfect. I received top notch service on every level. I was given a wonderful corner room on the Club level (I am a Platinum member) and their Club Lounge was very well stocked with Alkaline water and even Pellegrino! (although, the fridge was out of Pellegrino my last two nights). They have umbrellas at the desk. My rate also included free parking which was amazing since parking is so expensive in Vancouver. This hotel is pretty convenient to Vancouver for the most part, except maybe during rush hour when traffic is bad everywhere. This hotel is in Richmond which is home to the best Asian restaurants! And it's also close to the sky train (although, regrettably, I did not get to try). Highly recommend!!!

The bed is what my husband and I like the most. Comfortable, firm enough and I remember that many years ago Sheraton proud of the heavenly bed. Convenient is one of the most factors we stay here this time

A quick overnight stay but everything was efficient and friendly. The shuttle drivers were very pleasant and everything ran on time as set in their schedule. I’m a platinum Bonvoy member and all of my benefits were delivered well. Breakfast was fast, good and efficient. The only advice I’d give management is to include info about the shuttle on the website and your pre-stay communications. I had to call the hotel to get details for my arrival. Still, well done Sheraton YVR!

Need more response back quicker because i forgot my boeing vest in the closet and receptionist said will call me back but i didn't get any call back yet. I am blaming but need more improvement.
