"Mostly good but one BIG problem"

How can you not have an elevator? I’m dependent on a cane and can’t comfortably go down steps. The fear is real of tumbling down head first. After a bit the lady at the desk looked for a room on first level. If there was not one available I would have had to go somewhere else. This will definitely make a difference the next time I’m traveling. I may not even consider your motel.

Room is nice, but had a strong bad smell. Im guessing someone was smoking in the room at some point and they didnt do a great job of trying to cover it up. Otherwise a nice, clean hotel.
