Nice rooms. Good staff. Clean.

Need a car or take a taxi to get anywhere. Breakfast is ok but not great

I ordered non-smoking room. Ehen I have arrived at midnight, hotel told me that they only have a smoking room which I did not accept. They offered me a deluxe room and made me pay the difference. Of course I could not argue on it, because it was midnight and because I had to sleep right away. Non smoking room is not a special request and YOU have to provide that room if you accepted reservation for it, otherwise you will have to upgrade for free. I requested the reimbursement and we will see where this goes. Don't waste your time here, just move your reservation to POINT hotel which is very close and gives 5 star service

overpriced, old, no facilities

The facilities at the hotel was good.

The aircon cannot be set to a lower temperature, called the concierge but they did not attend to the call.
