"Out Date and Run Down"

Staff (not the owners) were very friendly and helpful. Only bad thing, they make a copy of your CC and do write down the card number exp and security number. They supposedly dont destroy it, not PCI compliant. Rooms are outdate and start to run down. Towels are old and really need to be replaced.

Room was clean but due to covid 19 I wasn't able to receive my breakfast. You would think that they would offer or bring you at something to eat

There was mold on the celling. The staff at night was kinda rude. Housekeeping never showed up to bring us clean towles. We had to go down to the front desk to get them.

Well the air didn't work properly it kept going on and off due to a power surge. The carpet was felt damp and sticky...the shower was gross...no towels..

"rolling blackout"

when we arrived the hotel had rolling blackout problem. our first room had no power at all, our second room had only a/c working correctly. our lights and plugs were on for 3 minutes at mosty then off for 10-15 and was steady on and off the entire stay.

First time i have walked away from a room! Front desk person was nice. Pulled back the bedspread.2 live bugs.. not roaches...little black ones and a live one on the wall art above the bed. Smashed it with the pillow. Yikes! Sheets were rough and thin with stains. Per the sign out front...geared to out of town contractors. Looked like some people were living there as well. Photos on Expedia did not match current property
