"Burde vært kaffe på rommet og oversikt over hotellet og det som skjer i Tønsberg. Ikke et blad av noen ting."

Dårlig at det ikke var kaffe på rommet. Dårlig at det ikke var innbakt frokost når en betaler så mye for overnatting. Men frokosten var nydelig.😋

God frokost, fin beliggenhet.

Møte med den i resepsjonen, ikke et smil, virket likegyldig, fulgte ikke med på det vi sa. Betaler full pris, får et bittelite rom i sjøboden! Burde stå informasjon om dette når vi velger rom. Dårlig erfaring hos dere sist også, da en hund i naborommet som bjeffet fra før kl 0600. Vært flere ganger på Thon hotell brygga, fullt der denne gangen, men neste gang blir det der igjen, heller finne en helg det er ledig der enn å prøve dere igjen.

Jeg måtte betale 300 kr ekstra for rommet når jeg var der. En det jeg hadde betalt for rommet fra før det er ikke greit synes jeg.
