Hampton Inn Cleveland-Airport/Tiedeman Road

Very nice location with lots of stores and restaurants around. Staff was very nice and they put me at the end of the hall away from the noise since I was there for work, had very odd work hours and it was super busy due to an airshow and other events.

I started getting a cold during my stay. My only thought is maybe the ventilation system in the hotel needed to be cleaned.

Review of Hampton Inn Cleveland Airport I am extremely disappointed in my recent stay at the Hampton Inn Cleveland Airport. My family and I booked a king room with a queen pullout — what we received was completely unacceptable. The pullout bed was damaged and unusable, unable to lay flat, leaving one adult without a proper place to sleep. Maintenance confirmed the bed was broken and could not be repaired, yet the only “solution” offered was a small portable twin frame — hardly equivalent to what I paid for as a “premium room.” What’s worse, management showed zero accountability. The front desk and manager failed to offer any meaningful accommodation or resolution at the time. After checkout, I contacted the property manager directly to address the issue — not only did they ignore my message, but even after escalating to Hilton Customer Service, I was promised a 48-hour response that never came. I gave them the benefit of the doubt I followed up with Hilton customer service two more times and received zero replies from the said, property manager. This experience was purely disappointing and a complete failure of brand standards. I would strongly advise against staying at this property, as they appear both ill-equipped and uninterested in resolving guest issues. I strongly advise you against this property, risking your comfort with a stay at this property.

Clean. Easily accessible. Able to walk to a restaurant across the drive that was amazing!

A couple staff members just ignored us. But most were very helpful and nice. Bed was a little uncomfortable but not terrible.

Breakfast was good, staff was nice and it was very clean.

Beds were uncomfortable and it was very noisy. You could hear every little step or sound. Did not sleep :(

Room and bathroom were clean. I got there pretty late almost midnight or after and the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful
