"Not the best but I've stayed in worse"

The check in was real easy and the desk clerk was super nice and easy to deal with. The problem we had is when I booked the room online the picture showed a nice a corner jacuzzi tub but when we got to our room it was just a regular tub with jets in it and it didn't work very good. The tub wasn't cleaned very good and had pubic hair in it and was dirty so we just cleaned it ourselves. Also the A/C was noisy. (I know we shouldn't need A/C in November but it was a little warm so I turned it on enough to cool it down but it was too noisy so I shut it back off). Also you could hear the people walking around in the room above us. The room as clean and it wasn't real expensive so there are no complaints there. The bed wasn't the best but I've slept on worse. If we stay in Columbus again we'll probably stay at another hotel. We probably could have contacted the front desk and she may have fixed the problems for us but we was just too tired to mess with it so we just dealt with it.
