Friendly staff, almost effortless check in, check out

We had a jacuzzi room. The jets, faucet and handles had some grimy build up around the bases. Biggest complaint: The toilet was extremely low. I am 5 foot tall and it was low for me. My husband has some mobility issues but usually doesn't need an ADA accesible room. With this toilet, he was unable to get off of it on his own. This meant I had to essentially pick up my 340lb husband off the toilet multiple times throughout the night. My husband was extremely frustrated and upset to be unable to simply use the bathroom independently. I would not expect an ADA toilet in a regular room, however, I would expect something comparable to a residential toilet. At the very least, a safety grab bar.
