"Perfect stay at Best Western Pembina"

Very nice hotel all amenities we needed, Pony Corral restaurant right next door has great food, large patio on the riverfront. Staff at hotel very friendly and accommodating.

The location

After few minutes of checking out, we realized that my husband left his jacket in the closet. So we contact the hotel immediately to check the room. The receptionist said that she will just contact us once she confirmed with their housekeeping. After more than an hour, she called and said they didn't find it. My husband was 100% sure that he left it in the closet because he hanged it the night before and we didn't leave the room until check-out this morning. We are disappointed because we expect that we can retrieve the jacket and the hotel staffs are honest.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Beds are very comfy. Breakfast was good. Ample parking but spots are narrow. Will definitely be back.
